This machine is flat& flat structure,with a computer servo system for paper pulling,the material is tracked and positioned on both sides and longtitudinally by photoelectric eye. Unwinding-die cutting-waste discharge-slitting or rewinding are completed at one time.
It uses an accurate rotary die-cutting system and performs material conversion through micro-control. Die cutting, waste rewinding and finished product rewinding are all in one process. Main control PLC and man-machine interface, with functions such as edge detection and watch detection. The cutting system uses magnetic powder clutch and magnetic powder brake to control the synchronization of cutter and die cutting. Separate waste motor control.
Brief Introduction: Double unit trademark die-cutting hot stamping machine adopts synchronous transmission mechanism to realize synchronous movement of two forming units. A closed drive chain drives the gripper bank to transfer the paper to two forming units in turn for hot stamping, indentation or die cutting processes.
