The daily maintenance of the precision die-cutting machine for small hole nesting is the key to ensuring its nesting accuracy (usually ±0.01 - ±0.05mm), equipment lifespan and production stability. Especially for the particularity of processing "small holes" (φ0.1 - φ3mm), special attention should be paid to the wear, cleanliness and parameter stability of precision components. The following is a detailed explanation of the maintenance key points from three dimensions: daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance, in combination with the core components of the equipment (such as die-cutting mechanisms, nesting systems, and feeding devices) :
Daily Maintenance: Focus on "Cleaning and Basic Condition Inspection"
1. Overall cleaning of the equipment
Die-cutting area
Use a lint-free cloth dipped in alcohol to wipe the cutting edge of the mold (especially the small hole position), remove the remaining material debris (such as film, tape residue), and prevent the cutting edge from wearing or sticking, which may cause deformation of the small hole (such as burrs, hole diameter deviation).
Clean the workbench surface and the waste collection trough to prevent waste accumulation from affecting material transportation (such as flexible materials being caught by debris and deviating).
Nesting detection system
Clean the lens and light source of the visual sensor (CCD) with lens paper to remove dust and oil stains. (If the lens is contaminated, the recognition accuracy of the sleeve mark will decrease, which may lead to a positioning deviation of more than ±0.02mm.)
Check whether there are scratches or wear on the surface of the locating pin and the reference block. Measure the diameter of the locating pin with a micrometer (replace it if the wear exceeds 0.01mm).
Electrical and pneumatic components
Wipe the operation panel and buttons to ensure they are sensitive. Check whether the cables and air pipes are squeezed or damaged to prevent short circuits or air leakage.
2. Status inspection of key components
Feeding mechanism
Manually rotate the feeding roller to feel if there is any jamming or abnormal noise, and check if there is any oil stain on the roller surface (it can be wiped with a neutral cleaner to prevent the material from slipping).
Measure the feeding tension value (through the equipment display screen or tensiometer), and confirm that it is consistent with the set value (the fluctuation should be ≤±0.1N). If the deviation is too large, check whether the tension controller is normal.
Die-cutting pressure system
Check whether the hydraulic/pneumatic pipelines are leaking (such as whether there are oil stains or bubbles at the joints), and whether the pointer of the pressure gauge is stable (the working pressure is usually 0.6-0.8MPa). If the pressure fluctuation exceeds ±0.05MPa, it is necessary to check whether the filter is clogged or whether the cylinder seal is aged.
3. Basic parameters and functional testing
Before starting up, make sure that the power supply voltage (380V±5%) and the ambient temperature and humidity (20-25 ℃, 40%-60%) meet the requirements to avoid thermal deformation of the machine body or moisture absorption of the materials due to environmental fluctuations.
Run the equipment no-load for 10 minutes to observe whether the movement of each axis is smooth (such as no jamming during the adjustment of the X/Y axis sleeve), and listen to the running sounds of the servo motor and lead screw (normally, it should be uniform and low-noise; abnormal sounds may be due to bearing wear or insufficient lubrication).
