1. Mold: If it is used frequently and generates excessive pressure, or if the tool interface is not good, it will cause material deformation.
2. Die pad: Die pads have height='auto' rea, thickness, hardness and elasticity. During production, they can also cause product deformation, being too thick or too high. If it is punched for too long, the die-cutting mold will expand. If the pad is too soft or too low, during the punching process, the material will retract into the die, causing the product to deform. So it is necessary to choose a suitable die pad.
3. Tension: For some materials, such as protective films, if the tension is too high, the products pressed out will shrink, and the die-cut products ultimately manufactured may also deform.
4. For thick materials such as pvc and eva, indentations may occur at the edges during die-cutting, which can also lead to deformation of die-cut products.
5. Fine edge products or some irregular products may also deform during the punching process. For these more difficult products that are hard to achieve in one forming, a two-stage forming or more sleeve punching forming can be designed to meet the product requirements. For small holes or small margins, ordinary pad cotton cannot be directly used. Instead, glass glue or silicone can be cut into the required shape and size and manually inserted into the mold. If the laser die-cutting fails to achieve the desired effect, it is necessary to consider using precise molds (such as etching molds, engraving molds, etc.). For some more difficult products that are hard to achieve in one molding process, it is advisable to design for two or more molding processes or multiple punching processes to meet the product requirements.
6. The Angle of the knife. Although this issue rarely occurs, as long as the specific size of the knife is well controlled, there is generally no problem. However, if the technique is not up to par, accidents can still happen.
