     First of all, the operators must ensure that the area is dust-proof and clean. During practical consumption, a large amount of waste paper edges and paper fibers will be generated when die-cutting paper boxes. If not handled properly, they will enter the chain transmission part, the die-cutting part's moving platform and some rotating and moving parts, and may block the photoelectric detection head, causing malfunctions. Therefore, it is essential to prioritize the cleanliness of the die-cutting machine's body, and only then can we roughly ensure that the machine operates without any problems. 

     Secondly, the oil change of the die-cutting machine. The main mechanism of the die-cutting machine is that the main motor drives the slider and pulley, and then drives the four pairs of toggle rods to move. It can reach 6,000 sheets per hour during high-speed operation. Without good smoothing and cooling, it is very troublesome. Smooth maintenance is divided into daily maintenance, weekly maintenance and monthly maintenance, etc. The details are as follows: Maintaining the machine is a must for every operator.      Finally, common problems with die-cutting machines should be cleaned up in a timely manner. In terms of rigidity, a common problem with fully automatic flatbed die-cutting machines is the phenomenon of the platform being pressed at an Angle. This state is mostly caused by foreign objects falling into the die-cutting area. Generally, the two wedge-shaped positions under the dragging shaft should be adopted, and at the same time, the platform should be rotated to the upper limit point. At this point, check the relative position between it and the upper clean platform to ensure the isolation between the four angles of the moving platform and the upper clean platform (the middle where the die-cutting plate is held). This way, the problem can be solved. The electrical faults are as follows: Since the intermediate control system of the fully automatic die-cutting machine adopts a programmable logic controller (PLC), the electrical switches and output measures of the key detection points all start from here, and the internal rhythm of the PLC is a ladder logic diagram. Therefore, when problems occur in the electrical aspect, maintenance personnel should carefully read the ladder logic diagram to identify and find the cause of the fault.
