Daily Lubrication
1.Apply engine oil for lubrication to the side guide, gears, CAM travel bearings, pressure rod actions, flying head cams and direction joints, etc.
2.Main chain lubrication: The automatic lubrication device maintains the oil level and oil grade.
Lubricated Weekly
1. Add engine oil and grease to the front regulation adjustment device.
2. Add engine oil to the front gauge and CAM, chain oil to the gauge transmission chain, and grease to the spring.
3. Add engine oil to the lifting CAM of the feida part and grease to the spring.
4. Add chain oil to the transmission chain of the feida section.
5. Lubricate the SS type waste removal opening and closing mechanism with engine oil.
6. Add engine oil to the upper template tightening device.
7. SS type waste removal reciprocating motion parts: A: Grease the spring, B: Add engine oil to the shaft joint
8. Add engine oil to the teeth.
9. Apply grease to the paper feeding CAM assembly.
10. Add engine oil to the paper section before the paper collection section.
11. Add engine oil to the left and right paper alignment devices of the paper collection section.
12. Add engine oil to the pressure-regulating chain.
13. The machine body should be wiped clean and dusted at least twice a week.
Monthly Lubrication
1. Grease the clutch.
2. Add engine oil to the secondary home position block CAM device; Grease the spring.
3. Apply grease to the sprocket tensioning device of the paper collection section.
4. Grease the guide shaft of the SS type waste removal reciprocating motion part.
5. Lubricate the SS type waste removal opening and closing mechanism with grease.
Others
1. For the lubrication of the main drive chamber, the engine oil should be changed at most once every six months, depending on the clarity of the oil in the sight window.
2. Lubricate the Angle divider once every six months.
3. Lubricate the air compressor once every three months.
